Scents decrease stress levels!

In tests conducted by Professor Yoshifumi Miyazaki, one of the world’s leading experts on forest bathing, it was found that inhaling the scent of rose or orange oil or plant aroma compounds decreases prefrontal brain activity and therefore, stress levels!
