What People Are Saying....
"Through a series of invitations Liz guided me, gently bringing me into communion with the forest which was profound and completely immersive. I found true connection there, felt the consciousness of the trees and rocks, and understood for perhaps the first time in my life that not only can we be at one with Nature, but that Nature wanted to know me and yearns to be in harmony with us."
— Gary Breeze, Lettering Sculptor & Winner of 2 Gold Medals at Chelsea Chelsea Flower Show —

"The pure magic of forest bathing. Liz is an intuitive and tuned in facilitator who put me back in connection with nature in a 2 hour process. An utterly enriching experience which I can’t wait to do again"
