Cancellation Policy

Cancellation The event will go ahead if there is light to medium rainfall but if torrential rain, and/or high winds are forecast, then the organiser would postpone or cancel for safety reasons. Cancellation by participant due to weather or any other factor: the following cancellation charges will apply: 14 + days before day one of the event: 25% of the full fee less £50 administration fee + any incurred costs 0-13 days before day one of the event: 100% of the full fee Cancellation by organiser due to unsafe weather: refund of any payment less £50 administration fee + any incurred costs. Participant Agreement & Release Form The organiser carries public liability insurance and is certified in Wilderness First Aid. On the the day, each participant will be asked to sign a Participant Agreement and Release Form.
